Yes a very cute chair....I would not be opposed to charcoal either.
So the my candle sleeves were so rigged. I just found a really cute velvet scrapbook paper and your exactly right just cut to fit. Really I just used double stick tape to adhere & it seems to be working out. The real candle sleeves are made out of tubular cardboard material with the paper wrapped around it.
