just purchased

I get excited about paper products. And beautiful design. So I am very fond of ilee's {on etsy} gorgeous calendar. And each year is better than the one before. This (2009) year I am loving July, August, September + October. {It's going to be a nice 3rd/early 4th quarter.} And I'm giving February honorable mention because I am also fond of giraffes.
The first calendar I bought was $17. 2008's was $20. This year: $22. Doesn't ilee know we're in a recession?

Very nice paper products. Every time I pass the specialty paper store in the mall, I think of you. AG

Sarah, you should start designing paper products. Your doodles are right up there with these. I may have something scrapbooked from you that looks very much like August....just a thought, when you aren't quilting or being a Mom/wife etc.

Abby, I know, that fan is my favorite too! I want to frame it.

AG, maybe someday I'll have my own shop o' paper and fabric. That's always been my dream, except I don't necessarity want to work at it, just be the buyer, etc.

michelle, go get on etsy and buy the calendar. Do you want me to do it for you?

Jen, i would LOVE to design paper/fabric. I think I need to go to design school first. I don't remember what I scribbled out for you, nice that you kept it though! And what happened to our T-shirt business. People do it, you know.

I always want to frame their cards. It is so tempting to buy them just to make a collage. Instead of sending a nice note to someone!

DARLING!

First of all, I love the calendar! Second, I showed my photographer sister in law your family pictures and asked if we could do something like that. She is really good huh! I promise that I don't stalk you and I still haven't got your hair cut. (waiting until after the concert so I don't creep you out)!
J/K You know I love you and I love being your shadow! You are just such a trend setter!

Melissa,
I remember you telling me about the picture at the Hope concert. I was smiling when I realized it really does look like our picture. I was serious when I said I thought it was us. I can't take the credit - it was our photographer's idea. And I am not weirded out at all. Only flattered. Now if I could just copy YOU on your cookie/cake skills... (yeah right!)

What a great find! I'm thinking of getting one. I think it would look great on my desk.
I really enjoy your blog. I found you through Cjane and then through Lizzy Writes. I love the post on Viva Terra so much, I had to check it out. It's one of my favorites now! I'm reproducing some of the items....only because I like to try making things myself and I love recycled stuff.

Thanks, Kristin
