a place of love and beauty

I took this photo on my way to Costco today. I almost never get to stop at the light near the construction site, but I always want to. Finally, today, I encountered a red light and was able to just stare for 2 minutes. It makes me happy every time I see progress on the new temple.
This one is on my return trip. I love that the roads are being widened too. I almost don't mind the construction delays and reduced speed limit.

  1. Where is your temple? I had a wonderful time watching the Oquirrh Mtn. temple being built.

  5. Cynthia,
This is the Gilbert, AZ temple.

    LuLu,
I still need to take my machine in and have it serviced. I don't like this sewing slump it's put me in.

  6. I love your pictures! When Neil, Diana and I left your house the other day, we drove by it. I was surprised at how quickly it is going up.

  9. I'm with you. I think I deliberatly drive slower to catch the red light just so I can stop and look.
