like sands through the hourglass...

Nephew Fritz is one year old today. I delivered this quilt just in time for his big day. (Or one could say, almost a full year late for his birth, but let's accentuate the positive.)
"Forget the quilt, take a picture of ME, mom!"
I used the Hourglass baby quilt tutorial from Cluck Cluck Sew. It's a fun pattern, and she gives great instructions. (fyi: I cut 7" squares, instead of 6").
I love navy and tangerine together.
The back.
A little sidenote: The weather couldn't be better lately. Everything is green and full of life. Can I get a shout out for AZ springtime?!

I wish I had time to have a little etsy shop and sell my wares. Just not the season for me to do that. Thanks for the interest.
