orange dress

I'm thinking about buying this dress for our trip to Atlantis in a few weeks. With a cute little cardigan and cami, I think it will be perfect for our dressy dinner at Bobby Flay's MESA GRILL.

DITTO BECKY! She so does. Interesting because rumor is that you are a bit of a candy junky! Orange is such a fun color this time of year.

Abby,
I know, what are we thinking? :)

thewylerfamily,
You're too kind. We are going as part of a rewards trip Mark earned. So there will be a few work-related dinners, etc. But mostly (hopefully), the time is our own. The kids don't get to go and they are bummed. It would be so fun for them! Maybe someday...

family journal,
You're too kind as well. I am a candy junky - mostly the gummy/jelly bean/licorice/junior mints type. Non of that's bad for me, right?

I love it! You really need to buy it. The Mesa Grill is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. The food is awesome. When we go we all order something different and then share everything, and every dish is so yummy! I'm so jealous!

Hi Sarah, here's a little dose of "It's a Small World" for you. I just had David and Liz Nielsen Bryant over for dinner tonight--David is my first cousin. Come to find out a) we knew you in med school (I remember you from a FHE at Sean and Camille Pattee's apartment Clubhouse in like 2000!) and b) you live SO close to me, I'm in Power Ranch. Love to chat,
Karen Tobler (and Marc)
Oh, and absolutely get that dress.

Karen,
I absolutely remember you guys! Liz mentioned the Tobler name awhile ago and I told her I was sure I knew you. Wow, it's been a long time! Amazing that we live so close but never run into each other. I'm so glad you commented and that you made the connection with David and Liz.

You, and only you, could pull off a dress like that. Seriously, you would look absolutely stellar in it! P.S. I totally confessed that I think you have a "smoking hot body" to Marc and Karen last night at dinner. I'm pretty sure I succeeded in establishing an awkward situation for Marc and David.

Liz,
I am laughing! You are too cute. Smokin' hot or slightly warm? Either way a maxi dress, as these long dress types are called, hides a lot.

so cute! Just the other day I was wondering if Delias still existed, and then you posted that! I guess they do! P.S. I love your new hair cut!

naylor family,
That's funny about Delias. It is only in recent years that I have even known about that store. Has it been around a long time?

I love YOUR hair.

This dress totally has my Vote! I secretly wish we were sisters so we could share wardrobes, except I am positive it would be one sided, unless you need flip flops then I could help out!

Oh wait, I am your visting teacher, that is close enough, let me know when you get the dress! Ha! And I do Love your hair. It was great chatting the other day, I will send the reciepe over, and yes it is super easy!
