button button, who's got the button

I also made these candy buttons for V-day. I got the idea from the small object steno pad. Then ordered the molds and candy from Bake it Pretty. Love that site. I bought cute cupcake liners too. Even downloaded the cute bag labels from there for free!
I really love these buttons. Fun to eat, but more fun to make and give.

Cute idea! You really went all out on Valentines. Love the stimulus package valentine! So clever.

Hey, I am updating my project galleries on my website and was wondering if you would mind if I posted your jelly filled quilts. Let me know!

Camille,
Yep, you can use the photos. The inspiration comes from you, after all.

Love your button bags! I am ordering myself a mold! Would you reccomend getting two molds, so it goes faster? Or was one fine? Also, I wondered if those are baggies or cello bags you used. I like yours much better than the bag she used on her website.
P.S. I had you down for sewing inspiration, now I guess I'll have to add you for candy inspiration as well. Thanks.

P.S.S. If you haven't been to Camille Roskelleys blog lately, make it your next click. She has a super cute pin wheel quilt that I am dying to make. I love the new Arcadia line. But, since I am just a normal person, I have to wait unitl it hits the stores!

Angie,
I bought 2 molds so I could make more while I let the first batch cool in the freezer. But it really only takes a minute or 2 in the freezer. So that wasn't a big issue. But, the next time I make them I will let my kids help, so having 2 will be nice.

I bought the small clear bags at Joann's. There's a very small, almost non-extistent candy making section at my local Joann's and they surprisingly had several sizes. These are 2 x 3 inches, I think. I printed the labels and then took them with me to see which bags fit best.

That Camille is so talented!
