Nice. I'm getting sewing machine from my mother in law as I asked her if she knew how to hem my maternity jeans. Instead, she is giving me the machine and having me figure it out. She doesn't sew much. Let's hope I can figure out how to thread it! Quilting is way out of my league!
J, I can't remember. It's a pattern written specifically for jellyrolls. And she said this exact american jane fabric was on the pattern's sample photo. I will ask her for the name.
Sarah, is this the famous Ashley Lee? I'm guessing it is, because I have had her homemade bread and I'm with you--it's to die for.
Beautiful job, Ashley! I remember when you said you could barely sew a stitch (you traitor, you:) This is gorgeous. Maybe someday I'll catch the bug (it's looking doubtful so far.)
I am working hard to stave off that quilting bug, because once it hits, look out! That quilt is so beautiful! I love the little star on the back. Very sweet! Keep up the good work, and don't forget that I want to watch you sometime, and I'm still waiting for Mark's temple pants, as I'm sure he is, too!
Looks awesome too. I still love Tommy's quilt. If it's not on his bed, it's hanging on display in his room, along with the one is Great Grandma made, see, you're in good "old" company :)))
