all I want for Christmas

...is for my other teeth to fall out and for the tooth fairy to be generous. related question...Does the tooth fairy deliver the goods under pillows at your house? My kids recently heard me tell about leaving lost teeth in a glass of water and finding quarters in the water when I woke up. That's how the tooth fairy rolled at our house. Seems that's the only way they want to do it now too. So much easier for the tooth fairy, I would imagine. How does it work at your house?
